Chimney Repair

Chimney Repair in Southeastern Wisconsin

Wisconsin winters get into a hairline crack, freeze, and pry it open. By spring it's a structural problem. We find it with a drone before you pay for guesswork.

  • Crown repair and recoating
  • Flashing replacement
  • Cap and chase cover installation
  • Partial and full rebuilds
  • Thin brick and stone re-wraps

What Makes Us Different

We Inspect Your Chimney With a Drone

Most estimates are guesses from the ground. Tim flies a drone over every side of your chimney and shows you the photos.

  • All four sides. Not just the one visible from the driveway.
  • Crown, cap, flashing, and flue — close-up, in focus.
  • Nobody on your roof. No ladders, no shingle damage.
  • You see what we see. Photos before you get the number.
  • Free. Included with every estimate.

Signs Your Chimney Needs Attention

If you can see any of these from the ground, the drone will show you how far it actually goes.

Crumbling Crown or Cap

Once the concrete slab on top cracks, water runs straight into the flue and the masonry below.

Rusted or Loose Flashing

Flashing seals chimney to roofline. When it fails, water shows up in your ceiling — often nowhere near the leak.

White Chalky Staining

Efflorescence. Mineral left behind by water moving through the brick. An early warning, not a cosmetic issue.

Spalling Brick

Brick faces flaking or popping off means water got inside and froze. It spreads.

Stains Near the Fireplace

Ceiling or wall staining around the chimney nearly always traces to a masonry or flashing failure above.

Leaning or Separating

A chimney pulling away from the house is structural. It only gets more expensive from here.

How It Works

  1. You send the request. Form or a quick text with a photo.
  2. We fly the drone. Crown, cap, flashing, all four sides — free.
  3. You see the photos. Before any number is discussed.
  4. You get one of three options: targeted repair, partial rebuild, or full rebuild.
  5. Clear price and timeline before anyone starts work.

We don't sell a full rebuild when a flashing fix will solve it.

How much does chimney repair cost?

Depends on height, access, and scope. The drone inspection is what makes the number accurate instead of a guess — and it's free. Request yours.

Can you match my existing brick or stone?

Usually, yes. We source mortar and masonry to blend rather than leave an obvious patch.

Do you work in the winter?

Many repairs, yes. Some masonry needs temperature. We'll tell you honestly if yours has to wait.
